7. Do you offer drone unbinding services?

Yes. We specialize in DJI account unbinding / unlocking, especially when:

  • A drone is still linked to a prior owner
  • You purchased a drone that won’t activate
  • You are receiving an “Activation Lock” or “Bound to another account” message

Our team completes unbindings legally and properly through DJI systems.


8. How fast is shipping when I order from Drone Doctor?

We ship same day on most orders placed before 2 PM PST.
Typical delivery times:

  • Central U.S.: 2 days
  • East Coast: 2–3 days

Express and overnight options available.


9. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Factory-sealed items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Box must be in original condition
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
    Once inspected, we issue a refund minus a standard restocking fee.

Open boxes, used drones, and damaged items are not eligible for return.
