Shipping and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

2. Return Process

By Mail

To return an item by mail, please send your package to our Returns Department:

  • Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Drone Doctor is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
