Shipping and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened software or digital downloads.
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
2. Return Process
By Mail
To return an item by mail, please send your package to our Returns Department:

- Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Drone Doctor is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
